They say,

that we're too young too feel and understand emotions such as hate, despair...love. To that, I say nay.

Yes, you can say that some of us, although most definitely not all of us, ("us" referring to anyone under the age of 18) are inexperienced and naive in life due to our age. But does that really mean we are incapable of  holding those emotions?

Do we not feel the loss when a friend, family, pet, hero passes away? Do we not feel the joy of being around those who care for us as we do them?  Do we not feel the aching in our chests when we miss someone so much, you'd give anything to see even just a momentarily glimpse of them?

We are young, but we are not robots.
